Sash Window Refurbishment

Full refurbishment and decoration of original timber sash windows within a residential block on Old Street. The works included removing the sashes, carrying out timber repairs using specialist resin systems, sanding and redecorating all internal and external surfaces, and installing new sash cords, pulley wheels, and draught-proof brush systems. New parting beads and staff beads were fitted to improve insulation, smooth operation, and long-term durability while maintaining the building’s original character.
